a)      A charge  qA    with +2.3µC is located on the y-axis at y = +2.4m and charge qB     with -3.2µC is located at the origin. The third charge qC    with + 4.5µC, be at point (+1.8m,0 ).

 

i)                    What is the net electric Force F at  B.                                               (10)                                             

ii)                  Calculate the electric Field E exerted by B on C only.                     (2)

                        Find both the y and the x components of force FBC.                         (2,1,1)

The line between qc and qb is not necessary for now. The question wants the attractive force between qb and qa, which is an arrow facing upwards from qb .
The attractive force between qb and qc is an arrow facing outward from qb to qc. check my diagram from Rathebe"s answer.
