PHYSICAL AND HEALTH EDUCATION

This course is meant to equip student teachers with skills and knowledge on how to teach physical education at primary school level. It encompasses elements that are covered under physical education, skeletal and muscular system, Recreation, physical fitness and effects of the exercise in the body.
