Enrolment options
The course covers methods of teaching children to communicate through listening, understanding oral and written language as well as non-verbal communication. Student-teachers will learn about the methods that help to foster development of basic language and communication skills in children under an environment that enhances early language skills through the use of games, play and other child centred activities that sustain their interest to learn. It will cover activities that families and teachers should undertake with children to support and assess their learning.
