The course is designed for all students registered in the department of pure sciences and are not speicialising in mathematics. It is intended to equip student teachers with content knowledge and skills that will enable them to handle junior certificate mathematics with proficiency. The topics covered are functions, constructions and loci, vectors, statistics, matrices and probability.
