The course comprises Physics and Methodology. In physics, the course is aimed at equipping student teachers with the basic concepts of physics to enable them to teach these concepts and related ones to primary school learners. The course also assists student teachers to design and conduct activities/demonstrations to illustrate physics concepts. Concepts like quantities, force, energy, work and power, moments of force, simple machines and pressure will be covered.
