The course intends to equip student-teachers with knowledge and skills to promote spirituality through demonstration of social, cultural, religious and moral values. It explores uses, types and the impact of spirituality and morality on culture and religion. It further covers the existence of humans and how they relate to one another, the meaning of life and truths about the universe. We want to believe that the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of our learners is an important aspect of our work. We aim at developing mutual self-respect for each other and our different social and cultural groups, ultimately extending this respect into the wider community of our neighborhood, town and beyond.
We aim to encourage our young people to acquire and understand appropriate knowledge and skills to make them self-reliant, self-motivated, responsible, well-disciplined and socially harmonious members of our society, practiced in the art of caring, listening, understanding and, subsequently, acting appropriately.
